What if i tell you, you will have a better skin and better health if you slowly cutting sugar intake in your food? When your blood sugar spikes, it causes inflammation throughout your body. These spikes also cause your body to make more sebum, an oily substance in your skin. Both inflammation and excess sebum can lead to acne.
But! Dont get me wrong. Reduce sugar intake not completely cut sugar! You still need sugar in your body, so just consume the good sugar okie? 🤍
I have to admit i am a sweet tooth! I looooove eating dessert, drinking coffee, eating ice cream. And all the cafes in KL is just fun to explore that makes me even hard to stop cutting sugar :/ But for the past 2 months i forced myself to slowly transition myself to reduced my sugar intake. And i think its good to share some of the tips with you if you're struggling to cut down sugar too!
