🤒 Movie Marathon– Hello, screen time! Pop on a movie and collapse on the couch like the queen you are. Bonus: nap *while* they’re mesmerized by talking animals.
🤒 Quiet Arts & Crafts– Translation: You color a unicorn while I attempt not to fall asleep holding a crayon.
🤒 Indoor Picnic– Grab some snacks, toss a blanket on the floor, and call it an adventure. No one said the adventure had to leave the living room. 😂
🤒 Building Blocks– AKA: “How tall can we build this tower before mommy passes out?”
⭐️ Now, while you’re pretending to hold it together, here are a few remedies to actually survive the day ⭐️
🤧 Warm Honey & Lemon Water– Trust me, it’ll soothe your throat and make you feel like a functional human (kind of). Plus, kids love the honey! 🍯🍋
🤧 Humidifier + Blankets– A cozy atmosphere to trick everyone into resting. If you’re lucky, *they’ll* actually nap.
🤧 Popsicles for the Win– Because nothing says “feel better” like a cold treat that also hydrates them (and keeps them quiet for at least 5 minutes).
The reality: being a mom means no sick days, but with these activities and remedies, maybe you can survive until bedtime. 💤💪
