For the month of July I really want to get in tune with myself and grow so here for my goals for the month.
~Wake up earlier
I always been the type of person to wake up with late and stay in bed till the afternoon and I really wanna work on that by setting goals for the day of and making sure I achieve them before the day is over
~Self care Days
I don’t really pamper myself the way I should and I need to because I have all these masks, eye pads, and etc that I don’t use lol but I just need to give myself a day where I’m stress free and not worrying about what needs to be done in the future.
~Drink more water
I do drink now but I want to drink at least eight bottles of water and I’m on the right track because I started drinking at least two bottles of water a day
~Journal
I tried journaling in the past and it hasn’t really worked but I’ve been in a better headspace lately so I think it’ll be easier for me now
~Go on weekly walks
I want to start working out but I don’t wanna rush into anything so I figured that going on a 15-20 minute walk every Sunday would be a good start till I figure out the route I wanna go
