3 month acne difference

In the first 2 pictures you might not be able to see much of a difference but I definitely do and I feel a difference! As for the last 2 pictures there is a huge difference!! I remember literally crying because of how horrible my skin was feeling and looking, I literally felt like I wanted to just rip my skin off my face because of how itchy and painful it felt. A lot of stress, anxiety, depression, eating habits, inconsistent skin care, and hormonal changes went into how inflamed my skin got, but when I started prioritizing my self care, and the food I put in my body (I started cutting out sugar, dairy, and gluten over 2 weeks ago and that made a big difference) I saw the changes in my skin happening. I still have a long way to go before I reach my skin goals, but I’ve come a long way in my acne journey so far!! #acnestruggles #acnehealingjourney #acnecommunity #skin #skincare
