BECOMING HER: QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF 🫖☁️

During your journey to “Becoming HER” 🦢, it is essential to make sure that you are digging deep and finding the WHY behind your transformation.

Writing and visualizing are two ways that I was able to drastically change my life in 6 months. ☁️

Today I encourage you to start with these simple steps:

1.) ASK THE QUESTIONS: Ask yourself the important questions that will help you to actually create this new version of yourself.

Imagine the woman you want to be. What does she look like? What does she smell like? Where does she live? What are her habits/routines that help her maintain her lifestyle? Consider and write down anything you could possibly think of along these lines. 📝

2.) PUT IT TOGETHER: Put this into a story format. Not from a victim standpoint but from a triumphant standpoint. Example: Growing up, I faced bullying due to my appearance. Being told that I was too tall, too darkly complected and more should have been enough to break me. But instead, I decided to embrace the very things that I was told we’re not beautiful and chose to take my power back. Today, I am a BEAUTIFUL woman who…”

(TIP: As I mentioned in my very first post, make sure that anything you add is coming from your own heart and not what you think others like or expect from you. If it doesn’t make you nervous or scared you may not be thinking big enough!)

3. VISUALIZE & GET STARTED: Everything that you wrote can now be visual through the help of Pinterest and LEMON8. The images will serve as a roadmap and guide to Becoming Your DREAM Girl! 💫

Welcome to the beginning of loving you and uncovering the BEST YOU. Please remember that this is a marathon , a lifelong journey of undoing the old in order to become the new. She’s already there. She just needs a little help coming out. So be gentle with her! Become the woman the younger version of you always needed. Healed, nurturing, and tranquil.
