Sharing how we made our fav Taiwanese breakfast 🇹🇼 at home! If you’re a fan of Taiwanese food, you’re probably no stranger to dan bing / Taiwanese egg pancakes.
🍳 You can often find these at breakfast stalls or street food vendors, and for good reason too. Not only is it super tasty, it is also easy to make and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients.
💡 For this recipe, we used Mission Foods’ Garlic Wrap as a base as we think its savoury taste goes well with the dish overall.
⏱️ This recipe took us around 5-10 mins to make, so we totally recommend it if you don’t have a lot of time in the morning but still want a quick meal.

Ingredients (2 portions):
🟡 2 pcs Mission Garlic Wraps
🥚 3 Eggs
🍳 3/4 tsp Sesame Oil
🧅 4 tsp Chopped Scallions
🥓 4 tsp Chopped Ham

How to make :
1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
2. Mix in chopped scallions and ham.
3. Heat up sesame oil in a pan, then heat up both sides of the wrap for 20 seconds on medium heat.
4. Pour egg mixture on top of wrap.
5. Flip wrap after the egg has set.
6. Roll wrap and cut into sections. Ready to serve with sweet soy or chilli sauce.
