No Rib Sandwich!!! 🥪 Cook this up for the holiday!!

They will never know this is plant-based, made with mushrooms, including pink oyster mushrooms. I was shocked to see how fast these pink oyster mushrooms grew in one day. When I got home, I was excited to cook them up nice, using a recipe from my cookbook, using jackfruit and mushrooms to make this fire rib substitute.
