This orange Chick’N will either be one of the best you’ve ever had or simply the very best you’ve ever had! Crunchy and sweet with a hit of orange citrus. The oyster mushrooms have such good flavor, along with a meaty texture. It pairs perfectly with steamed jasmine rice. This recipe is inside Lloyd’s Crazy Good Vegan cookbook. The original recipe uses tofu but you can sub for oyster mushrooms along with a wet batter mix (1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup cornstarch and just enough water to make the batter like a pancake batter consistency).
