London’s Hidden Garden 🪴

Chances are you haven’t heard Hampstead Heath, and rightfully so. It’s tucked away in London ( almost greater London) and is an absolute little gem of a neighborhood. There are lots of lovely old buildings and houses, a town center, some antique shops and of course The Heath.

🌿The Hill Garden and Pergola I like to call this London’s secret garden. Because it is in so many ways. Hampstead Heath is a big area of open space. It has some walking trails through the woods, picnic spots and some lakes/ponds. It is there you will find a secret garden tucked away and adjacent to an manor house.

I found this place on accident one year when taking a wooded walk and one of the tiny paths lead to it. It’s fully public and open to everyone. There isn’t a sign with hours but I imagine it is sunrise to sunset.

🍂It’s a quiet garden filled with all types of plants, birds and sometimes the neighbors cat. There are a few arch walkways that are so beautiful and perfect for pictures.
