I tried Pho for the first time

Ok so boom, the best part to ME was the fresh lemonade and the Korean beef with fried rice😭 I think I messed up my Pho flavor by following a person on Facebook recommendations I added Hoisin sauce (tooo much) chilli oil (wich was good) and lime . I think I added too much hoisin sauce because my broth was too sweet and I just could not deal . So the Pho itself turned out a good 5/10 I had high hopes but I think it was on me maybe ??
