BURNT ENDS - ONE MICHELIN

One of the impossible to book restaurants in town (we are lucky, all thanks to a friend who managed to snag a reservation for 7 of us).

Their new space at Dempsey is spacious with high ceiling, open kitchen and luxurious wood interior.

We had the chef recommendation (aka omakase) dinner set which comes out to be about $350 per person (before alcohol).

Everything was perfect from food to service to ambience. The famous Uni Toast (Caution: it costs $70 per piece) was voted fav dish that night, while I was most impressed by the underrated grilled chicken neck $8 that is sooooo tender and yet chewy at the same time.

In short, Burnt Ends is simply an experience you want to let yourself in.
