Living in an Apartment Complex

So I’ve been living in a new apartment and every little noise my dog hear he barks and yea they are supposed to bark but it can be quit excessive. So i bought this collar that beeps shocks and vibrates. No lie I had the shock on 3 he didn’t feel it he has a lot of fur PLUS I don’t want to shock my baby anyway so I put it on vibrate and at first he didn’t feel it but once he calmed down and I repositioned his fur as you can see in the video he saw it but he moved as if it was the blanket that did it…

We’re gonna see how this works over the next few days…
