Is your job making you fat?

I swear this job is making me fat because the days I work (I’m admin), it’s SOOO hard, almost impossible to get my 10K steps. I get up and walk around, but majority of the times I’m active in meetings, being briefed, or doing computer tasks.

It really puts into perspective, just how much we DONT MOVE. Also, shows just how much more effort I need to put into my health and wellness. Sunshine and steps. 🙌🏽

Are you a corporate/Admin/HR?? I swear this job is the reason we’re getting an office butt and a tummy pudge lol.
