The Hawaii 🌸 of Europe

The Azores are filled with magnificent coastlines, waterfalls, some of the best food in the world, a volcanic cave, and so much more. We stayed on Terceira Island in the most amazing bed and breakfast called Casa Marques (found on booking.com). Our original plan for our honeymoon was to go to Italy and Greece but the flights were insane. Usually you can fly into Portugal or Ireland and then hop on another flight to Italy for a great deal. I ended up finding a flight one way to the Azores for $265 ! So that was the start to our honeymoon!

The island is truly amazing. The center looks similar to Ireland and the coastlines are spectacular. Rumor has it there are more cows than people on Terciera Island. There’s also oddly almost no bugs. They also have no snakes or predator animals.
