An easy new lunch staple in our house🙌 This makes the perfect post-workout snack/meal!
Easy-peasy to make, and so delicious!
Ingredients:
👉 2 carb balance tortillas
👉 1 5oz canned chicken
👉 1 tbsp Fage 0% greek yogurt
👉 Reduced sodium taco seasoning
👉 Reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
👉 Hot sauce
Instructions:
1. Spread a layer of Greek yogurt onto the inside of each tortilla shell
2. Layer on your chicken and shredded cheese
3. Heavily season your chicken and cheese with the taco seasoning
4. Drizzle with hot sauce, and then slap the other tortilla on top
5. Cook in your air fryer (or oven) at 400 for about 5 to 10 minutes (just long enough for the tortillas to get a little crispy and for the cheese to melt)
Slice it up and enjoy😋
