TACO BOWLS
I don’t know about you but I’m always down for taco night.
It’s so easy to throw together & is a dish everyone enjoys.
- ground turkey or ground beef cooked with taco seasoning - rice or quinoa
- Fresh lettuce/ greens of choice
- Topped with optional chipotle sauce
- Side of chips & guac of course!
* Guacamole is just fresh avocado, lime juice, sea salt & cilantro. you can also add cherry tomatoes & red onion if you want

ELEVATED SANDWICH
A classic but 10000x better. Trust me on the sprouts!
- toasted bread with avocado mash
- Sliced cucumber, turkey lunch meat
- Broccoli sprouts (this is key!!)
