So quick & refreshing– this my go-to on a busy morning!
1 frozen banana
1/3c frozen mango
1 scoop protein powder
1c water (or liquid of choice)
1 tbsp nut butter
— blend until smooth & add toppings of choice
02. SCRAMBLED EGGS + PANCAKE WITH JELLY
This classic combo always hits the spot!
3 eggs cooked with sea salt & fresh thyme. My pancake is made with Bircher Blenders buttermilk pancake mix topped with some Irish butter & jelly!
03. BANANA BREAD WITH PB & BERRIES
Tastes like a big warm hug & never gets old.
Banana bread always hits the spot. I love adding some peanut butter for health fats to keep me full. Fresh organic berries are always the perfect side!
04. PAPAYA BOATS WITH CHIA SEED PUDDING
This is such a refreshing breakfast!
Papaya’s are amazing for digestion, especially paired either some yogurt or chia pudding

½ ripe banana
2 organic eggs
