Realistic what I eat in a day ✨

I’ve been on a big seafood binge for the past week or so and I honestly feel so much lighter after I eat compared to when I eat chicken or beef/turkey.

It was leg day at the gym that morning so I made sure to get my carbs in with breakfast. For lunch I kept it light with the prep this week, but mannnnn I know that seafood bake hated to see me coming!!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
