How they eat vs how I eat dinner for weightloss

So I have 3 kids and they daddy to cook for all while still trying to keep my eating habits on track. I had someone ask how do I eat right if I still have to cook for my family? And honestly it took me months to figure it out, like I would cook completely separate meals sometimes( I don’t recommend it on a constant basis it’s tiring and costly).

I wanna eat the good stuff too 😭 so I started making simple swaps like this one. And being that I cook often I started making changes to how the house as a whole eats. As far as low sodium/sugar sauces and seasonings, more organic options including snacks, less processed foods, less diary for digestive issues, less fatty meat, etc.
