Let’s Chat: Is FEAR a good or bad thing?

Personally I feel fear is a natural response to anything that feels unsafe. It’s there to protect us from hurting ourselves especially if we’ve been through a certain bad experience before or if there might be a chance we get into some kind of disappointment, it probably doesn’t wanna see us crying/sad so it just tries to stop us from not trying at all. Like sometimes fear gives off “Strict Parent Vibes” lol but I don’t think fear is entirely bad for us. It’s just left to us to actually understand it and manage how much space it holds in our lives so it doesn’t become the main factor that influences the decisions we make for ourselves.
