Breakfast : I woke up with a sweet tooth due to my 🩸
So I ate the chocolate covered strawberries from Trader Joe’s , only 6 pieces bc that equals 110 ? Pretty good took my cravings away !
Lunch: Fish , Rice & Avacado
Dinner : No dinner once again I need to really prep for my last meal 🥲 i ate a slice of dominos pizza my family had but the issue is once I get off work I’m really tired and drained to cook and since I’m worried about over consuming calories I just take my self to bed 😫 not healthy but I’m working on it 🥹
