Go-Karting in KL! 🏎️

We did a short trip to KL to meet our family and friends over there, and our cousin brought us to this indoor Go-Kart on our very first night! 🌃 It was popular with the locals there, and it felt like we discovered a gem of an experience from the start of our trip. 🤩

It was Kuala Lumpar’s largest indoor Go-Kart, with options of single or double seater karts for non-drivers. 🛞 One thing that we really enjoyed was the fact that it was in 10-minute rounds, where you attempt to drive round the track as many times as possible to feel the thrill of the sharp turns on the windy roads. 🛣️ You had the option of selecting just one session (10 minutes), or purchase a bundle of 3 sessions (30 minutes altogether, split into 3 rounds) for slightly cheaper! 🫰 Additionally, if you do come in a big group of at least 5, a race option is available as well to see who is the champion of Go-Karts. 🏁

I wasn’t keen on driving myself, so I waited in the viewing area right beside the tracks after my one round whilst my husband went for the bundle of three. There was opportunity to also purchase drinks whilst spectating, and even photo taking opportunities. It was incredibly fun spotting my husband amongst the drivers and trying to capture the moments when he zoomed by. 💨

Do note that, if you are planning a trip to visit this place, that purchases of gloves and headgear are required for hygiene purposes. Gloves start from RM3, while there is a free alternative for headgear in the form of a shower cap. 🧢

Singapore unfortunately doesn’t have non-electric go-karts, thus this was an incredibly memorable experience which left our arms aching right after. 💪 So if you are ever in search of an exhilarating ride, do give X Park Sunway Serene (Indoor Go Kart Track) a shot! 🏎️🏁
