My pregnancy MUST HAVES 🤰🏻

I am currently 26 weeks pregnant so wanted to share a couple of my pregnancy must-haves up until this point!

These are 3 things that I currently CANNOT live without and use every day as a first time mom:

1️⃣ Pharmedoc pregnancy pillow

Mine is a U-shape pillow but there are also C-shape and others, try out a couple and see what you like!

2️⃣ Vitamins/supplements

On top of the NatureMade prenatals, I also take NusaPure Choline for additional Choline (good for baby brain development), and KAL Magnesium Glycinate and unisom to help me sleep.

3️⃣ BetterYou magnesium lotion

Putting this magnesium lotion at night has really helped me relax my muscles that have aches/pains (mainly in my calves)!
