Grief, anxiety, depression, and big feelings are all things that can affect children. These books provide a simple way to show a child they are not alone, and show others how they can help.

I have a slight obsession with children’s books that cover mental health issues through a beautiful story with a powerful message. Each one of these is cleverly written, holds a powerful message, and is simplified in a way children will understand.
