it may be hard but it's so worth it 🫶🏽

it was always so hard to make myself a priority because everyone was more important than me. i didn’t want anyone to feel bad and would often overextend myself when really i didn’t want to nor needed to.

i believed the lies about myself and therefore, hated the person staring back at me.

it’s funny how your mind can turn on you.

once i started making changes, some people switched up and that was to be expected… but it still hurt.

honestly, the choices i’ve made, i don’t regret. i’ve since become a better person, i’m intentional with my life and appreciate the people that want to be in it.

my mental health has improved tremendously and that will always be important.

for the girls having a hard time making these tough decisions— you’re not alone and you can make the change, even before you’re ready, one step at a time.

pray, forgive, let go and move forward.
