I love weekly check ins with my boyfriend! We both have been so occupied with our own lives that sometimes we forget to share certain things with one another that may have been missed because of other conversations.

Me and my bf TRY to have weekly check-ins to make sure both our needs are being met and see how we can help each other reach our goals.

This wasn’t something that happened overnight, we both never prioritized these check-ins until recently and BOY have they been making a difference in our lives, communication style and improved how we have been treating each other.
