Creamy Green Smoothie with 30gr of Protein🥤🍌🍃

This Spinach Banana Peanut butter Smoothie is not only tasty, but also packed with protein and nutrients💪🏻 Perfect to fuel you're morning, post-workout recovery or even a mid afternoon snack💚

Ingredients:

• 1 Handful of spinach

• 1 frozen banana

• 3 tsp of peanut butter

• 1 cup of milk

• 1 scoop of protein powder, vanilla flavor. My fav brand is @vegaplantnutrition

Instructions:

1. Add the spinach, frozen banana, peanut butter, milk and protein powder to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Optional you can add a few ice cubes.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
