Finally Tried Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh 😍

My mom and her colleagues went for an ang ku kueh workshop at @jixiangkueh and she managed to bring home some of them 🤍

Tried their 𝓼𝔀𝓮𝓮𝓽 𝓶𝓾𝓷𝓰 𝓫𝓮𝓪𝓷 ang ku kueh! The skin was soft and had a nice chew, with a hint of aroma from the banana leaf. The skin wasn’t too oily as well which I appreciated. Even though I am not a fan of mung bean (would honestly be one of my last options), I was surprised by how the mung bean filling tasted. It was sweet, and can I just say that the texture wasn’t too grainy?? Amazing.

Would I go out of my way to purchase it again? Yes 🤭
