Randomly, my grandma used to have something like this a loooong time ago and she would use it for everything lol. Now here I am, taking the torch and carrying on the legacy.

Also, there’s some invisible pressure to keep moving and busy as a SAHM EVEN while I’m pregnant. And while keeping our bodies moving is a very healthy habit in pregnancy, so is listening to your body and resting/relaxing when you need it. Please don’t feel guilty for taking the breaks that you need!
