I was never really a journaling type of person til the pandemic happened and other issues I was going through at times took a toll on my mental health, that's when I started to journaling journey. I've been consistently journaling for the last 3 years and it's been helping my mental health.

1. Primary journal. I write everything in this journal. My day, my emotions for how I'm feeling for the day, or at that moment, venting my anger and sadness, and journal prompts. This journal is my safe spot.

2. Content journal. I write down my thoughts for creating content, tips I see on here or TikTok, and plan content for the week.

3. Manifestation journal. I use that journal to create my vision board, goals for the next 6 months, and plans for the future.

4. Business journal. I use this journal for my ideas, different vendors I research, business goals, and business plans.
