We didn’t know the gender of our baby.

How many surprises do you get in a life time? I mean truly special moment surprises.

I don’t think we get many and that is why We decided to not know our babies gender until birth. We truly just wanted to be surprised.

Let me tell you I was not expecting on having a GIRL! 🩷

I truly thought I was just going to be a “boy mom” but I’m so happy to have my little girl. She was truly the greatest surprise I ever had and I will truly remember this moment.

My whole pregnancy was the same as my first, there were a few different things like I didn’t get the “Linea nigra” until my last few weeks, I did craved sweets, and I didn’t swell up like I did my first time.

Our little Girl got us! 😅

Pros about not knowing

-it was truly the greats surprise makes the moment special.

-there’s so many gender neutral stuff out there

-you save money because you’re not buying so many “cute” outfits

-Avoid gender-specific gifts More diapers and wipes

Cons

-not having one name needing to come up with two

-nursery is hard to plan but we stuck to a sage green

-doctors appointment were hard because there were time I just wanted to know

-you had to remind the nurses and doctors you didn’t want to know gender because you were too scared they would slip.
