As a society we are all living on our phones and social media too much (as I am posting on social media lol) and it is hard to stay in touch with reality around us at times or we forget that there are SO many things to do other than doom scroll or drink/use substances. Social media is a good tool for information and communication but it shouldn’t be your entire personality or life.

I’m definitely at fault for doom scrolling at times but I like to challenge myself to preform or participate in a hobby outside of my phone every day!
