At least at level 6, 20-30 min post upper body days.

I also sometimes do it on active rest days on level 6, and it has helped me shed some of the stubborn belly fat without compromising muscle growth. The problem I have with cardio is that I get bored while I’m doing it and I dwell on how much it burns. Now I listen to podcasts, watch an episode of something, or audio books to pass the time and that really helps!

if I get bored with the stair master I will do some sprints or play a sport that requires a high level of movement. 🏀🏊🏻‍♀️

It is always going to come down to diet and movement but this routine has helped get there a little faster 🫀
