Pur Noire Urban Wineries, founded by husband and wife team Kenneth and Carissa Stephens, is making history once again. Following the groundbreaking success as Houston’s first black-owned winery in 2021, Pur Noire is now celebrating the grand opening of its second tasting room in Dallas Victory Park, establishing Kenneth and Carissa Stephens as the first African American vintners to own and operate two winery tasting rooms in two major Texas cities.
