One MICHELIN Star BCM, don't play play hor!

This is the best Bak Chor Mee (bcm) 😋 – okay, okay, not everyone would have the same view as me, but it’s definitely my favourite! So satisfying everytime!

This bowl of bcm costs $10, for the regular bowl, which may seems pricey for a coffee shop meal, but looked at all that ingredients – we have minced pork, sliced pork, pork balls, pork livers, hand-made dumpling and fried sole fish – so many kinds of ingredients, so generous and fresh too!

What I love about this bcm is the thick slices of cooked-to-perfection livers, the well-seasoned dumpling meat and that savoury sauce which the bee hoon is tossed in! Oh ya, we cannot forget about the crispy pork lard and flavourful broth – so tasty indeed!

The average waiting time there is approximately 45mins (off-peak) to 1.5hrs (peak). So, be prepared to wait!
