God is teaching me a hard lesson…

i know us Christian’s struggle with this at some point in our lives. even non-Christians do! i ain’t singling yall out! because we are HUMAN!

the past few months, i’ve been battling the enemy with rage, self comparison, unworthiness, jealousy, doubt, insecurity, and so much more.

i will be the first to tell you!! JEALOUSY, RAGE, INSECURITY is very hard to admit to feeling when you’re a Christian! but this is the raw stuff i want people to see! Christians do not “have it all together”.. quite the opposite actually! we just have a MIGHTY GOD that surpasses all of this, that gives us undying Grace and love. we know He will get us through!

but the LESSON God has been showing me, is

* why even bother? why even try to make your point? why try to “prove you’re better” or “prove yourself” to others? we are ALL the same!! *

i know it can be hard to not clap back and just let everything fly! tell them how you feel, put them in their place, and even say or do things you will regret later because it’s not how Jesus would handle the situation!

God told me that the only thing i need to “prove” to anyone, was His love for everyone, His faithfulness, and His strength, through me.

so the next time i feel any of these feelings, or think any of these ways, i know it is not from God, but the enemy. and i REBUKE everyone in Jesus Christ’ name!

next time, i WILL PRAY about it.

next time, i WILL remove myself from the situation respectfully, go somewhere with just me and God, and pray for my next moves.

and next time… if i want to say something.. ill just say

“pray for me… pray about it….. take it up with God”

BECAUSE I KNOW that God can handle my battles! i KNOW GOD will protect me.

if you’re struggling with this too, just know i see you, i hear you, you’re not alone, those thoughts/feelings are not from God!

📌 if you pray, please pray for me in this time! pray for my heart, pray that Gods strength takes over my mouth and my body, and that i let HIM fight for me! 📌
