I’m obsessed with the Viral Cucumber Salad

If you’ve become obsessed with the Viral Cucumber Salad, then you gotta try this - Cucumber, Dill, and Olive Salad! 🥒

The salad is crunchy, dilly, and very refreshing! ☀️

I found the recipe in an old issue of Better Homes and Gardens, and of course since it had dill in it I had to make it! I LOVE dill! Also, don’t get me started on olives too! 🫒

Making this salad couldn’t be easier, you are placing all of the ingredients into a single bowl and mixing together - So EASY! 🥗

Ingredients 🛒

• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

• 2 tbsp dill, chopped

• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

• 1/2 red onion, sliced

• 4 Persian cucumber, sliced

• 1 tsp salt

• 2 tsp sugar

• 1/4 cup kalmata olives, sliced

Directions ✍️

• Into a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients.

• Toss the vegetables and taste for additional seasoning.

• Serve up and enjoy!
