2023 recap

Thanks for the mems 2023🤍

This year was one of the hardest but probably best year of my life.

I got engaged in July which was def the highlight of the year.

My mental health really struggled this year, my anxiety took an all time high while a lot of stuff came to light about my family and upbringing that made my mental struggles make a little more sense.

I’ve stopped trying to please others as much, which is really hard. I’m trying to focus on me more and what will bring me joy.

I’m beyond excited for 2024!!

This year I will

-graduate college with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology

-get married to the love of my life

-move 4hrs from home to my fiancés hometown

-start my dream job and start the journey to become a mortician

But this year I also want to

-start therapy

-stand up to my toxic home life

-come to peace with my unhealthy relationship with food

-regain my confidence

-get my anxiety under control

-start and stick to a daily workout routine
