GOSSIP

Gossip is a topic I tend to talk about often. Though it might seem silly to continue to harp on it, what’s not silly is the implications it has on those around us. I have been able to witness its damage firsthand in my life, the lives of those around me, social media, etc. Gossip is a serious problem.

While I know most of your arguments will be “You can’t let what others say get to you” or “Just let it roll off your back” I would venture to say; how many times do we have to let it roll off our backs until it begins to effect us mentally? How many times do we let it go until the other person recognizes the behavior and changes? Will it ever change if we don’t start speaking up?

In the blog this week, I have attached some articles and studies at the end that I would encourage everyone to read. Gossip is truly harmful which is why God calls it a sin. It hurts those around us, hurts us, and hurts our relationships with others. BE KIND🤍
