This is a recent recipe I’ve been making for my meal prep. I try to take my lunch as much as I can, one because eating out is so unhealthy and two it saves money. There are so many other things I’d rather spend money on then eating out.

Let’s get to the recipe:

I’m using a bow tie pasta. You can use any pasta like rigatoni, penne, basically just no long noodles.

I did freshly shredded mozzarella but that’s just what I had.

Romaine finely chopped. I love finely chopped lettuce, that’s just a personal preference.

Grated Parm - just like a 1/2 cup ish.

A lite Caesar dressing - this is so it will be less calories!

Chicken Breast - I seasoned the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian season, & garlic powder.

I airfry the chicken first. It takes the longest. 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, I boil the pasta with the directions on the box.

Then I prep everything else. Finely chop the romaine, shred the mozzarella, measure out the Parmesan.

I drain the pasta when it’s done and combine it with the romaine and let that chill in the fridge for a bit.

Pull my chicken out of the air fryer and finely chop that.

After the pasta and romaine chill, I combine everything toss it until everything is evenly coated with dressing!!
