Something isn’t adding up

So I’m not understanding how there isn’t enough fetal dna to gender the baby but there is enough to determine he’s not the father. This baby has his nose I was ovulating on the 18th of July the last time I messed with him. Everything is pointing to him but he’s stuck on thinking I’m a liar. The dna place told me over three phone he’s the father and it’s a girl (they are not supposed to do this) so I told him that day what I was told. Now the paper is in the baby isn’t his I wasn’t given any allele to determine because why? There isn’t enough fetal dna. They used mine and said negative
