Where are my sensitive skin girlies at?? My face has always been super sensitive, and I’ve had to keep it very simple when it comes to skincare. But 2 winters ago, I experienced the worst eczema ever. It was MISERABLE! It made me rethink every single thing I was putting on my body.

I have now curated what might just be *the best* combination of products! Remember that every body is different, so what works for me may not work for you.

The biggest changes I saw in my skin happened when I switched my body wash from Ivory Soap to Cedaphil. It’s a bit $$$$, but to not be scratching my skin off? I’ll take it. It was instant relief almost the first time I tried it.

I also have found that consistency is KEY. As soon as I get out of the shower, I lather up with my Aveeno lotion. My mom swears by the blue Aveeno!

As an ex-ride-or-die Burts Bees girl, I can confidently say the Vaseline lip balm cured my chronically chapped lips. I only have to apply once or twice a day now — which is a huge improvement from my previously toxic relationship with chapstick.
