I have struggled with getting into a routine and staying consistent, so helpfully this challenge will help with that.

I used to be a college athlete who practiced 6 days a week for 4+ hours a day along with weights class and other activities. I ate whatever I wanted bc I didn’t have to worry about gaining weight bc I would just burn it off at practice.

Without sports I am gaining weight like crazy and I really need some structure in my life.
