For me, fitness has never been about trying to get skinny mini, it’s always been about getting stronger. About 4 years ago I stepped foot into my first Orangetheory class and my life has forever been changed for the better.

As a college cheerleader, it was no secret that being skinny and fit was a must. After freshman year I found myself struggling with body image and came across Orangetheory Fitness. They welcomed me with open arms and have been a core part of my life for the past few years. Thanks to the people, the coaches, and this place as a whole, I can walk confident in my skin, knowing that my body is exactly how I want it to be.
