How long does it take to crochet something?

Most crochet artists won't be able to give you an accurate gauge because we have so much buffer activities in between. And there are times where we frog (undo) our projects and start all over 🥲

But I managed to time myself for my latest project - Sabrina Carpenter's love letter top... 💌

✨12 Hours✨

I used an audiobook to track my progress and total duration. I played the audiobook each time I started crocheting. And the total play time amounted to 12 hours 🫢

( Btw the title of the audio book is "Educated" by Tara Westover. It's pretty good, I recommend! )

I'd consider myself a slow crocheter and I often redo parts of it because minor mistakes icks me 🙄
