Thursday Kitchen is a casual spot for Korean cooking with French and Spanish influences. This is a tapas-style restaurant and uses different ingredients from everywhere. I am constantly amazed by their creative and unique dishes.
Their Truffle Mac & Cheese ($15 ⭐10/10) has a strong truffle taste and it is so creamy. The truffle gave it a touch of luxury and allowed a new way to experience mac and cheese.
The Kimchi Paella ($17 ⭐9/10) is a combination of Korean kimchi and paella from Spain cuisine. This fusion just gives so much flavor and it is so tasty.
We also tried Korean Popcorn Chicken ($15 ⭐8/10). This perfectly fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The Duck Confit Empanada ($14 ⭐9/10) is so savory and unique. Combining duck confit and empanada is an amazing combination.
The Softshell Crab ($15 ⭐9/10) is yet another great dish to try. It is crispy and perfect with the sauce.
