hello zesties 🥰,
eating clean & cheap in sg is such an impossible feat 🥹 so i have resorted to COOKING when i wfh. however as a disaster in the kitchen, i’ve alw struggled to find meals that are:
- easy to prep, fast to cook
- healthy but not overpriced
- I CAN EAT IT EVERYDAY!!
this meal is definitely one of them 🤤🤤 i used:
- 1 frozen japchae frm ntuc (arumi brand) $4.95
- 711 chicken breast $2.70
- 2 eggs, 1 cucumber, sprinkle of furikake $0 (my parents pay for basic groceries bless)
TOTAL DAMAGE: $7.65 🤩

- japchae: 206cal | 0g protein
- chicken breast: 102cal | 21g protein
- 1 whole egg: 72cal | 6g protein
- 1 egg white: 18cal | 3.6g protein
- 1 cucumber: 30cal | 0g protein
