💦What should you buy from Sheglam?🤧

I’ve tried the items for a month-ish, surprisingly the blush is not for me despite the hype 🥹 and here’s my review:

🌷Blush & Bronzer

💰 Price: $6.13

Pros:

1. Very light pigmentation, you won’t have to afraid that you’re using too much

2. Easy to blend, texture is pretty watery thus very easy to blend with ur foundation

3. Cheap

Cons:

1. Too light for me, I’ll have to use a lot for the effect of pic 3, but after blended, it’s still too light for my skin tone

2. Bulky to carry, refer to pic 4 it has the most little substance compared to Rare Beauty and Nudestix but it’s the most bulky! Furthermore, Rare Beauty and Nudestix don’t require you to use so much product for the same pigmentation 🥹

If I have to set my makeup with compact powder, I will have to stack many layers unlike the Rare Beauty blush which very time consuming and uses a lot product for me! Hence i don’t rlly use it often! (From someone that LOVES spreading blush everywhere)

🩵Foundation Balm

💰 Price: $10.22

Pros:

1. CHEAP for 23g!!

2. Good coverage for foundation balms

3. Overall performance is really worth the price

4. Doesn’t rlly oxidise (0.5-1shade)

5. Great packaging

Cons:

1. Not very transfer proof (after setting my makeup)

2. Not super sweat proof

Refer to pic 5 for details. At the end of the day, you can zoom in and see the T-zone is a little oily and the side of my nose and around my mouth the foundation didn’t really stay as I sweat and produce a lot oil at those areas, but other than that, foundation at my cheeks are doing really well!

I actually recommend this if you’re looking for cheap foundation for DAILY use for not super oily skin and if you don’t sweat much or in aircon the whole day!

🩰Compact Powder and Loose Powder Duo

💰 Price: $5.95

Pros:

1. Convenient to bring (2 in 1 and have mirror)

2. Brightens skin tone

3. The loose powder section u can lock/unlock to prevent powder spillage

Cons:

1. Powder is not fine

2. Doesn’t elevates your base

3. Not super oily controlling

The compact powder is not very fine, it always cakes my under eyes spoiling my base makeup. The loose powder is fine, like every other loose powder. Would recommend paying a bit more to get more fine powders as it might cake ur makeup

🖌️Make-up Tools

I reccomend all 3!! They’re all 100/10

The sleeves has completely changed my life!!! It prevents water from dripping everywhere when I’m washing my face and removing make up.

The instant brush spray is thin and handy! It’s only $4.25 and gets my brushes clean easily! I always use this when im doing my eye makeup to clean the brushes before dabbing in new colours! So far it has been wonderful!!

The powder puff is $2.55, the shape is perfect. The triangular sharp area is perfect for my nose and under eyes! This puff is really dense, picks up powder well, and spreads it evenly in no time.
