for me, i have a wonderful support system that understands when i get overwhelmed or get in a dark place, and they get me back on my feet every time.

when i feel myself start to kinda crumble, i try to do things i enjoy, like reading or watching a comfort show.

i would like to start therapy again soon so i can get some insight on better coping skills and have an outsider to vent to and get advice from!
