My favorite Lobster Roll in SG 🦞

This was a clawsome meal 🦞✨

𝑶𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒐𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒍

This is the star of the night! Buttery brioche bun, toasted to a perfect golden brown exterior. It is crisp on the edges while maintaining that fluffy bun in the middle. This lobster roll was packed with fresh, succulent lobster meat where was almost exploding like my jeans by the end of the meal. With a final touch of a squeeze of lemon and garlic butter, man I could have this everyday!

𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒂 𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒍

Fresh, succulent chunks of lobster and prawn tossed in a special spiced avocado sauce with lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes and garnished with fresh chives and served with lime — the zesty splash of lime, earthy avocado and fresh vegetables all came together nicely without overpowering the natural sweetness of the lobsters and prawns

𝑳𝒂𝒌𝒔𝒂 𝑳𝒐𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓

Probably the most expensive laksa I’ve had in my life. The laksa gravy was thick and lemak, with a slight hint of spice; where the spices in the blend came through very well. There was a bed of silky, chewy thick beehoon at the bottom of the bowl which absorbed all the gravy too!

𝑳𝒐𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒅𝒐𝒓

Fresh Lobster halved and coated in a creamy mushroom sauce, topped with parmesan and cheddar cheese. This is served with garlic toast which complemented the lobster very well, and I used the remaining bread to mop up the laksa gravy as well.

I’ve several lobster rolls from various restaurants but this remains at the top of my list.
